I lead the successful NHS Stress Management Course in London - nonimated for the prestigous Health Service Journal (HSJ) awards - which this Stress CD is an important part of.

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology – University College London
• BSc (Hons) in Psychology – University of Sheffield

Professional membership

• A Registerd Psychologist with the Health Professionals Council (HPC)
• I'm a Chartered Clinical Psychologist & listed in the Register of Chartered Psychologists*
• I'm a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) & the Division of Clinical Psychology
• I have worked within the NHS in London since 2001 as a Clinical Psychologist
